Waltron values its customers’ satisfaction. We endeavor to ensure orders are correct and complete before shipping, but if an issue arises after you have placed your order, the following Return/Replacement policy applies:
All sales of reagents, gels, and standards (“chemicals”) are final. Please make sure your order is correct -- feel free to call and ask for help if you are unsure what to order. If there is an issue with the performance of any chemical, Waltron will at its option replace the product and/or request its return, as long as it is brought to our attention promptly after purchase.
Returns of all other new, unused products may be processed for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase; please note that restocking fees may apply.
Return Procedure - Hardware
1. Within 30 days of purchase, call Waltron Customer Service at 908-534-5100 to talk to our support team and explain the problem you are experiencing.
2. The support team will create a case number, give you product support over the phone and if appropriate send an authorization email with an RA (Return Authorization) number and instructions for the exchange/credit of the product.
Replacement Procedure - Chemicals
1. Call Waltron Customer Service at 908-534-5100 to talk to our support team and explain the problem you are experiencing.
2. The support team will log the case and make a determination if it is appropriate to replace the product free of charge.
